Lizandro went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic time during our stay. He provided us with detailed information about the city, including tips on the best places to eat, shop, and explore. His recommendations were spot on, and we really appreciated his expertise and local knowledge. In addition to his helpfulness, Lizandro was incredibly friendly and personable. He greeted us with a smile every time we saw him, and he always took the time to ask how our day was going and if we needed anything. He made us feel like valued guests at the hotel, and we really appreciated his hospitality. Finally, the breakfast at the hotel was fantastic! There was a great selection of food, and everything was fresh and delicious. We looked forward to starting our day with a hearty breakfast, and it always exceeded our expectations. Overall, our stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Santo Domingo was fantastic, and Lizandro Vargas made it even more special.
