Sheraton Santo Domingo

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Hotel in Santo Domingo in December 2022 and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. One person who made our stay even more memorable was Lizandro Vargas, a porter at the hotel. Lizandro went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic time during our stay. He provided us with detailed information about the city, including tips on the best places to eat, shop, and explore. His recommendations were spot on, and we really appreciated his expertise and local knowledge. In addition to his helpfulness, Lizandro was incredibly friendly and personable. He greeted us with a smile every time we saw him, and he always took the time to ask how our day was going and if we needed anything. He made us feel like valued guests at the hotel, and we really appreciated his hospitality. Finally, the breakfast at the hotel was fantastic! There was a great selection of food, and everything was fresh and delicious. We looked forward to starting our day with a hearty breakfast, and it always exceeded our expectations. Overall, our stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Santo Domingo was fantastic, and Lizandro Vargas made it even more special. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santo Domingo, and we are already looking forward to our next stay!

Very happy with everything l will recommend to all my friends, clean, super friendly and the food super good, very good on health issues always supply with protections everywhere.

Loved the breakfast. I was staying for a wedding that connected to the Renaissance Hotel, and the security team was super helpful in opening the connecting door for us, so that we would not have to be on the street and safety after the party the wedding night. Thank you!
